Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to read, understand, and use this website — including the part where you book a conversation.

Our commitment
MicroNutrientsDaily is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
Standard we aim for
We design and build with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target. That standard covers making content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
What we have done
- Semantic structure — proper landmarks, a single logical heading order on every page, and lists and forms marked up as what they are
- Keyboard access — every interactive element, including the mobile menu, the FAQ accordion, the time-slot picker, and the scroll-to-top button, can be reached and operated by keyboard alone
- Visible focus — a clear, high-contrast focus indicator on every focusable element
- Skip link — a "skip to main content" link as the first focusable item on each page
- Color contrast — text and interface colors chosen to meet AA contrast ratios, and color is never the only way information is conveyed
- Text alternatives — descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
- Form accessibility — every field has a persistent visible label, required fields are marked in text as well as symbol, hints are programmatically associated, and validation errors are announced and linked to their field
- Status messages — availability updates and booking confirmation are announced through live regions rather than by visual change alone
- Reduced motion — animation, transitions, and smooth scrolling are switched off for visitors whose system preference requests reduced motion
- Responsive and zoom-friendly — content reflows without horizontal scrolling and remains usable at high zoom levels
- Plain language — we write in clear sentences and explain terms rather than assuming them
Known limitations
We are honest about the gaps:
- The date field uses the browser's native date picker, whose behavior varies between browsers and devices. If it is difficult to use, tell us your preferred date by email and we will book it for you.
- Some third-party services connected to this website — such as scheduling and video conferencing tools — are outside our direct control, and their accessibility depends on their provider.
- Photography on the website is being finalized; alternative text will be reviewed again as final images are added.
Alternatives if something does not work
If any part of this website prevents you from doing what you came to do, we will complete it with you directly. We will gladly arrange your consultation by email or by phone instead, and we can supply any content on this website in another format on request.
Feedback and contact
Accessibility feedback is genuinely welcome, and it is the fastest way for us to fix something. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility reports within five business days.
The contact details for accessibility feedback, general enquiries, and privacy requests will be published here at launch, once the client's business email address is connected. Until then, the consultation booking form reaches us directly.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time task. We test with keyboard navigation and screen reader software as part of our regular review, and we re-check the website whenever content or functionality changes.
